Welcome to Alternator & Starter Parts Wholesale,
Please review the following terms that govern the use of our website and note that your use of our site constitutes your agreement to the following terms.
Product manufacturer substitution:
Alternator & Starter Parts Wholesale reserves the right to substitute an item of equal or sometimes better quality when the advertised manufacturer of that item is currently not available.
Product Warranty:
All our products are backed by our 1-year defective exchange warranty program.
This warranty does not include: High performance application products, the loss of vehicle, equipment, time, inconvenience or other incidental or consequential damages.
Incorrect Item Exchange:
If you need to exchange an item you purchased in error you must contact customer service first as to what you need to return for exchange.
When customer service approves the return you will then be able to complete the Return Authorization Form in your account for the order number that contains the incorrect part(s) to be exchanged.
when we receive your return we will issue you an in-house credit that will be applied to the purchase of the correct part(s) less a 20% restocking fee.
We strongly suggest contacting customer service for assistance. We have a very knowledgeable staff to help.
Not sure what is going on with your alternator or starter or is it the problem? First take it to your local mechanic or parts store for testing first.
Note:
Part(s) to be exchanged must not have been installed or modified.
Defective Item exchange:
If you need to exchange a defective item, obtain a Return Authorization Form for the defective item to be exchanged.
Returned packages must display the issued Return Authorization Number on the box (next to the shipping label is best).
Customer service will start processing your exchange as soon as it arrives.
Note:
Returned packages not displaying a valid Return Authorization Number will be refused.
Return Authorization numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from date of issue.
Billing inquiries:
Must be brought to our attention within 15 days of the invoice date. Failure to do so will be deemed to be an admission that the invoice and charges are accurate.
Credit Cards:
Any credit card used must from a U.S. bank.
Chargeback & Mail fraud:
Thinking of going to your bank to file a chargeback for a quick refund you may want tp think twice. All your information will be forwarded to your local District Attorneys office where you will be prosecuted for mail fraud.
If a charge dispute notice is received your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation, and you will be subject to ALL chargeback service charges.
Governing Law:
Our Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to or application of conflicts or law rules and principles. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Terms and Conditions to be unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect its intent and the remainder of the Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect. Termination:
Alternator & Starter Parts Wholesale reserves the right to amend these terms at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to this website, if in sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
Solicitations:
Alternator & Starter Parts Wholesale reserves the right to review and reject any solicitation for a quote.
Changed Terms:
Any of our publications may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes may be periodically made to these publications. These changes will be incorporated in new editions of these publications. We may make improvements and/or changes in the products and/or the programs described in these publications at any time without notice.
