USPS Priority Mail International:- Insured against loss or damage. 7-14 day delivery time
• Orders are shipped out of Tampa Florida.
• Delivery times are those calculated by the carrier at checkout.
• Once your order is picked up by the carrier we have no control over the delivery time.
• A confirmation email with tracking number is provided when you order is completed, You can also get order information in your account (if registered) by clicking on the order history link.
Shipping - Items lost or damaged:
ASPWholesale does not refund or replace missing or damaged contents caused by the shipping service. When an item has been lost or damaged in shipping you must do the fallowing.
1, Contact your local post office and have it put on record that the package was damaged and or the contents was missing.
2, Take clear photos of the package in the condition it was received and forward it to us via our contact page.
3, Contact our customer service of the situation and a claim will be filed with the carrier.
While your claim is being processed by the carrier you will need to repurchase the item (s).
When the claim is settled you will be contacted as to the outcome, in most cases you will be fully refunded for the initial purchase, including shipping.
Shipping - Orders returned undeliverable
• In the event an order is returned undeliverable the customer will be contacted for a new deliverable address. Shipping fees will be applied for reshipping of the order.
