Product Warranty


Product Warranty:
All our products are backed by our 1-year defective exchange warranty program.
This warranty does not include: High performance application products, the loss of vehicle, equipment, time, inconvenience or other incidental or consequential damages.

Incorrect Item Exchange:
If you need to exchange an item you purchased in error you must contact customer service first as to what you need to return for exchange.
When customer service approves the return you will then be able to complete the Return Authorization Form in your account for the order number that contains the incorrect part(s) to be exchanged. 
when we receive your return we will issue you an in-house credit that will be applied to the purchase of the correct part(s) less a 20% restocking fee.
We strongly suggest contacting customer service for assistance. We have a very knowledgeable staff to help.
Note: Part(s) to be exchanged must not have been installed or modified.

Defective Item exchange:
If you need to exchange a defective item, obtain a Return Authorization Form for the defective item to be exchanged
Returned packages must display the issued Return Authorization Number on the box (next to the shipping label is best).
Customer service will start processing your exchange as soon as it arrives.

Note:
Returned packages not displaying a valid Return Authorization Number will be refused.
Return Authorization numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from date of issue.
